Muscle Pro
Muscle Pro is a carefully formulated blend of plant and animal proteins, fortified with creatine and extra amino acids. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and normal bone structure***. However, proteins composed purely from one type of plant source alone do not have a complete amino acid profile because, even if they contain all the essential amino acids, their ratio to each other does not meet human needs, unlike animal protein sources. Recommended use
On training days, consume one serving (30 grams, ¾ scoop) in the morning and one serving after training with 300ml of water. On rest days take one serving in the morning and one in the afternoon.
